Troubleshooting your candle warmer lamp
The vankada lamp's height knob makes it simple to match the shade to each candle, so start the first evening by setting the gap and letting the wax melt right to the edge.
The scent is weak
Lower the shade closer to the wax or step the heat up, and give it a full twenty minutes. An old, dry or low-fragrance candle will always disappoint, whatever the lamp does.
The wax is smoking or smells burnt
The bulb is too close or too bright. Raise it, lower the heat, and let the surface cool before trying again.
It will not turn on
Check the plug and socket first, then the bulb, which is a consumable and eventually wears out. Always unplug and let it cool before touching a bulb.
