Bedroom
A bedside table keeps the glow low and soft. Keep it on the side away from where you rest your head and clear of curtains.
Living room
A shelf, sideboard or coffee table puts the scent where people sit. Scent rises and spreads, so a position near the middle of the room works better than one tucked in a corner.
Bathroom, hallway and office
Keep it dry and away from taps; a hallway console gives guests a scented welcome; on a desk, a low setting adds fragrance without distracting light.
