About this classic glass

Funistree Gold Ribbed Glass Candle Warmer Lamp

A gold-tone candle warmer lamp with a ribbed glass shade and natural wood base that melts your candle from above for a warm, golden glow and a pleasant, even scent.

About 6 to 17 cm of adjustable clearance, four brightness levels or smooth 10–100% dimming, and a 2, 4 or 8 hour auto-off. Gift-boxed — a much-loved Christmas gift for her.

If you picture a candle warmer lamp, this is probably it: a ribbed glass shade on a slim gold-tone arm, rising from a round wooden base. It is the classic combination for good reason — the gold and wood feel warm and welcoming, and the ribbed glass softens the light into a glow that looks lovely on a dressing table, bedside cabinet or kitchen shelf.

It is also one of the most adjustable lamps in the range. The clearance between base and shade runs from about 6 to 17 cm, so it suits wax tins, standard jars and tall candles, and the in-line controller offers four brightness levels or smooth dimming from 10 to 100 per cent. Turn it up for a fast, full fragrance; turn it down for a soft, slow-melting candle that keeps going all evening.

As with every candle warmer, nothing is burned. The warmth from above melts the top of the wax evenly, the fragrance lifts into the room, and the wick is never lit — no smoke, no soot, no tunnelling and no candle left alight when you go to bed, thanks to the 2, 4 or 8 hour timer.

Arriving in a Funistree gift box, it is one of the easiest presents to get right: a Christmas gift for her, a birthday gift for mum or a housewarming present for anyone who loves candles.

Good to know

Questions, Answered

Is a candle included with the Funistree gold lamp?

No, the candle jar is not included — the lamp is designed to warm the jar candles you already own. You can add one of our scented candles to make a complete gift.

How far does the height adjust?

The clearance runs from about 6 cm to 17 cm, measured from the wooden base to the lower edge of the shade, covering small tins up to tall jar candles.

How do I control the heat?

Tap the in-line controller to choose one of four brightness levels, or press and hold to dim smoothly from about 10% to 100%. Brighter means more heat, a faster melt and stronger fragrance.

What timer settings are available?

2, 4 or 8 hours. When the time runs out the lamp switches itself off automatically.

Why choose a warmer over lighting candles?

A warmer gives a stronger, steadier fragrance, makes candles last much longer, prevents tunnelling and removes the open flame, smoke and soot. It is also safer to enjoy at bedtime with the timer.

Is it a good Christmas gift?

Very. It comes gift-boxed, suits almost any home, and is the kind of present that gets used every day — perfect for mum, a wife, sister, friend or colleague who loves candles.

Where should I place it?

On a stable, heat-resistant surface with clear air above the shade, away from curtains and fabrics, and out of reach of children and pets.

Does it come with a UK plug?

It runs on standard UK mains. Where the supplier confirms the plug type we state it on the listing; if it is not shown, message us before ordering and we will confirm what your unit ships with.

Do you deliver, and how long does it take?

Yes, across the UK. Delivery estimates and options are shown at checkout before you pay.

What are the delivery costs?

At £45.99 this lamp is under our £50 free-delivery threshold, so a flat £3.95 applies unless your order reaches £50 or more. Add a candle or bulb to get free delivery. The charge is shown before you confirm.

Can I return it if it does not suit me?

Yes, in line with our returns policy. Keep the packaging if you can — a lamp travels safest in its original box.

Does it come with a warranty?

A specific warranty length is not confirmed in our product record, so we will not quote one. Your statutory rights apply, and you can ask us before buying.

The guide

Making a candle last longer with a warmer lamp

3 min read candlelampwarmers.co.uk

The gold Funistree is the classic candle warmer lamp, and with 6 to 17 cm of clearance it will take almost any jar — start by setting the shade a couple of centimetres above the rim.

Why it lasts longer

A lit wick burns off wax and fragrance together, usually until the jar is hollow in the middle. A warmer only softens the top layer, so the scent is released slowly and the wax is hardly consumed.

How to stretch a jar further

Use the lowest heat that gives you a clear pool. The brightness control is there for exactly this. Use the timer (2, 4 or 8 hours) so a session never outlasts your attention.

When the fragrance fades

After many sessions the oils thin out. At that point scoop the wax out, add a fresh melt or two to the dish, and carry on — nothing goes to waste.
