Using a candle warmer lamp safely
Without a built-in timer, the DesignBox needs you to keep track of time — here is a simple routine.
Where to put it
A hard, level, heat-resistant surface with clear air above and around the shade — never beneath a shelf, a curtain or hanging fabric, and never on a soft surface that could block the base.
Around children and pets
The bulb and shade get hot in use, so position the lamp and its cable out of reach, and let everything cool for ten minutes before touching or moving it.
Running it
Switch it off when you leave the room, because there is no timer to do it for you. Unplug the lamp when you are away for a long time, and never use it as a general light — it is designed to warm candles only.
