Burning candles safely at home
Three small CHILLFLAME votives melt fully in an evening — here is how to burn them evenly, or warm them flame-free in the bedroom.
Where to put it
On a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from curtains, shelves above, draughts and anything that could catch. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
How long to burn it
No more than a few hours at a time. Extinguish it before the wax gets within a centimetre of the base of the container.
Never leave it
Never leave a lit candle in an empty space or while you sleep. If you want the scent without a flame, warm it unlit under a candle warmer lamp with a timer.
