We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, and your statutory rights.

Complete before advertising: confirm your actual return window and address in the placeholders below. Ad platforms require a clear, accurate return policy.

Your right to cancel (UK)

If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

How to return an item

1. Email us at hello@example.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your item.
2. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
3. Send the item back in a resaleable condition, ideally in its original packaging. Keep your proof of postage.

Refunds

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right at no cost to you — a repair, replacement, or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning a glass or woven lampshade

Every lamp we sell has a glass, mosaic or handwoven shade. Please keep the original packaging where you can and use it for any return — a shade posted loose is very likely to arrive damaged, and we cannot refund an item that is broken in transit back to us because it was not protected.

Bulbs are consumable. A used bulb does not stop you returning a lamp, but please return any unused spare bulb with it.
